Eagle Facility Services derived from Eagle Security Systems which was established and began operating as a home-based family business in 1990.

Today Eagle Security Systems remains and successfully operates as an orientated family business however, has evolved into a trusted one stop property services solutions market leader in providing the highest standards of quality services in the supply and installation of CCTV, security alarms, access control, intercom systems and facility services such as security personnel, mobile patrols and cleaning services.

Chief Executive Officer

An operationally focused leader, Dragan brings extensive operations, sales and business management experience in the facilities sector.

With almost 20 years’ of experience in operations and facilities management industries following an earlier career in government and gaming, Dragan is an accomplished executive who has operated at the highest levels for large organisations in globally-focused roles.

Faced with a complex and rapidly changing industry, Dragan has a mandate to drive business transformation throughout the security business by delivering the most effective, efficient business model to meet our customers’ and stakeholders’ needs.

He is an empowering executive leader with a proven record of leading high-performing geographically dispersed teams. With a strong track record developing organisations and achieving growth, Dragan has also been responsible for delivering quality services across all industry sectors. Backed by this industry and commercial know-how, he provides authentic leadership to build our capabilities and competencies.

This includes leveraging latest technology to deliver greater transparency, productivity efficiencies and end-to-end customer excellence. This passion comes from a desire to make a real difference to customers through their experiences and to staff through increased empowerment and growth. Dragan utilises his exceptional negotiation, innovation and customer service skills to consistently deliver results – something to which his many clients can attest, such as Supreme Court of Victoria, GPT Group, Lend Lease, Crown and many more.

Holding business and people management qualifications, he is passionate about leading engaged and professional teams to deliver exceptional results. Dragan also holds a diploma in Operations and Facilities Management.

David Theggie

Managing Directory 

Credited for his contributions as original founder, David Theggie represents the backbone of Eagle Security Systems. Situated in Northcote during infancy, David attended the industrial renowned Collingwood Technical School before commencing employment as a Locksmith.

His career trajectory quickly shifted after recognising the demand for electronic security and the challenge provided whilst working in the industry. After acquiring widespread knowledge across a period of 15 years as a site installer, David expanded the business and opened Eagle Security Systems first office.

David’s motivation and determination to operate as a leader has become deeply engrained within the roots of the family-owned business, with his work epitomising his persevering and relentless attitude.

The business has undergone a remarkable transformation since its humble beginnings to become one of Australia’s leading providers of integrated service solutions. David continues to inspire the Management team and staff at Eagle Facility Services and has gained respect from the business community.

David has 20 years senior management experience in integrated service delivery, allowing him to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.

His desire to expand the business and provide clients with a streamlined solution where they can use a single company to handle all of their facility demands remains his greatest motivation, being dedicated to deliver customers with the best integrated service solutions.

A proven track record of developing high level strategy, workforce and client engagement to deliver safe, value added, profitable business solutions exceeding expectations of both client and stakeholders. An extensive knowledge base that has served to connect contract negotiation and delivery, business objectives, technical solutions, innovation and commercial performance against measurable outcomes, customer satisfaction and business best practice.

As founder and Managing Director of Eagle Security Systems since 1991, David has rapidly expanded his business, becoming a major player in the industry. David has established a highly recognised organisation that holds a competitive stance among other providers in regard to service delivery, capability, expertise and cost.
David has instituted continuous programs inspiring the entire organisation to work together towards one vision, that is to live and breathe the same values, and turn the company’s purpose into everyone’s passion.

Scott Theggie

Chief Executive Officer

Scott’s committed and collaborative approach fosters a culture of service excellence and is reflective of the positions he has held. Established in 1991 by his Father and Brother, Scott initially devoted close to a decade learning installation, security system programming, fault diagnosis along with a host of other technical skills, before subsequently advancing to Sales Manager and supervising the entirety of the pricing frameworks within the company.

Scott recently assumed the role as Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Security Systems from his father in 2017, eager to continue the business legacy as a trusted market leader in facility services.

Scott being truly passionate, enthusiastic and client-centric, continuously strives to deliver multi-disciplined and innovative service solutions to customers with his ability to empower others assisting with his vision to develop Eagle Security Systems, and now Eagle Facility Services as a one-stop facility services company, encompassing security systems, security personnel, mobile patrols and cleaning services. Supporting the strategy of continuous training of our teams, Scott ensures that Eagle Facility Services has the best qualified and trained team in the industry. It is through our people that the organisation will continue to lead in a very competitive market.

Scott recognises that Eagle Facility Services challenge is aligning the personal goals of people in the workforce with the organisations business goals, and setting career paths for security professionals. Under his direction, Eagle Facility Services is seizing opportunities for development and expansion, while breaking industry paradigms and developing the best workforce in the industry. This commitment is not only for commercial growth, but for his creed as well that everybody is entitled to a pleasant, secure, and safe environment.

With well over 15 years’ of management experience across all market sectors, Scott has developed a broad skill set where his multi-faceted leadership, ability to influence, and focus on process improvement has been successfully demonstrated. His role provides the necessary support to ensure the development of company initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.

A passion for customer engagement means Scott provides our clients with high levels of personal attention and responsiveness. Scott is able to utilise his extensive knowledge to effectively manage the operational aspects of his role as well as ensure all client expectations are met.
Scott is also a firm believer in giving back to the community and ensures that where possible, Eagle Security Systems sponsors local clubs and donates products to local community events.

Chris Gould

New Business Manager

With over 10 years’ of business management experience and a career which has encompassed a number of strategic management and leadership roles, Chris’s passion and focus on business development and continuous improvement has been evident since his commencement with Eagle Security Systems in 2019.

Chris’s enthusiasm and drive to support and help clients with their security needs places him perfectly to lead our business development and account management teams. His expertise and wealth of technological and security knowledge which was gained as a General Manager at Phoenix Engineering Systems and Quality Assurance Manager at Big Ant Studios is endorsed by the longevity of some of our clients who are looking for the right advisor and can implement custom solutions. Chris leads our team of sales and customer service professionals, ensuring our clients are provided with the latest security solutions.

His desire to achieve deadline targets and effectively interact with customers and staff has led him to become a valued member of Eagle Security Systems.
Chris is a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Manager, with a broad range of skills derived from leading sales teams. He is responsible for the strategic development initiatives of the business including tendering, business development, marketing and sales.

Respected for his ability to successfully understand customer specific security concerns and work within their budget allocations, Chris is driven to grow the clientele of Eagle Security Systems whilst building positive customer relationships. He recognises the importance of customer satisfaction and constantly exceeds products and service expectations.

Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organisation and is responsible for managing and facilitating all national projects and initiatives to ensure the highest quality outcomes for clients using the most cost-effective means.

His primary focus is ensuring that customers are provided with cost-effective, future-proof solutions using his strategic approach of open communication and lateral thinking as well as drawing from the extensive operational expertise of his colleagues.

Chris’s current role as New Business Manager for Eagle Security Systems fulfils his commitment to be challenged daily and pursue a passionate career.
